TRIBOFLON PFPE greases have an exceptionally high degree of chemical inertness when in contact with a wide range of reactive chemicals.  Immersion tests with the following chemicals showed no reaction nor breakdown of grease structure:

oxygen • chlorine • hydrogen • flourine • ammonia • inhibited fuming red nitric acid hydrazine • 90% hydrogen peroxide • unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine diethylenetriamine • aniline • ethanol • methanol • turbine fuel & water

The stability of TRIBOFLON PFPE grease is extremely good.
